How to get to Cloud Pine Cottage on Orcas Island

From SEATAC airport follow the "freeways north" signs(I-5 and 405) onto 518. On highway 518 get in far left lane and from this lane take the exit for I-5 North Seattle. Continue on I-5 North bound for about 75 miles through downtown Seattle and all the way past Mt Vernon.

Just past Mount Vernon

Take Exit 230 "Burlington-Anacortes-San Juan Ferry" Exit Turn left at the light, get in the right land and follow Highway 20 under I-5. Stay on Highway 20 for about 20 miles to Anacortes. At the end of the highway, take a right onto Commercial Ave. Turn left on 12th Street--at the light by Safeway store. Take a right into the San Juan Islands Ferry Terminal area (4 miles).

From the Orcas Ferry landing

Follow the cars off the boat and turn left. Continue on Orcas Road for about 7 miles and turn right in to Eastsound Village (Main Street). Continue straight after stop sign in Eastsound, following Crescent Beach Drive to next stop sign at Olga Road just past the gas stations.

Turn Right onto Olga Road. Watch for the big Rosario Resort sign on your right.(If you reach the Moran State Park Arch, you went too far!)

Take a right at the Rosario Resort sign, following Rosario Road until you see a sign on left that says Palisades Drive and Tennis Court.

Turn left onto Palisades Drive, and follow the road past the tennis court approximately 2 miles to Livesey Lane (follow signs). House is on the right: 504 Livesey Way.
