High Season
April 1st- September 30th $195/night |

| All rentals are subject to sales tax of 9.7% (includes hotel/motel tax). Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. There is no charge for extra guests or children. Please, no pets or smoking. Rental is guaranteed upon receipt of 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to arrival. A full refund will be issued with cancellations up to 15 days prior to the reservation date. You will be responsible for paying all nights reserved plus tax that we are unable to rebook should your notice of cancellation be less than 15 days prior. |
